Each product lists its own minimum — currently 6 to 36 units per style and colorway, in a pre-set pack ratio. We sell by the pack, not by the single unit, to businesses and individuals alike.

In-stock styles are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 3–5 business days of payment clearing. Pre-order, custom-colorway, and private-label styles ship on the lead time in your quote, typically 4–8 weeks.

Standard case orders ship by international express carrier, typically 3–10 business days in transit. Pallet-size orders go by air or ocean freight; ocean is cheaper but slower, typically 4–7 weeks door to door.

You do — the buyer is the importer of record. Your order ships from Sri Lanka, so import duties, tariffs, and any sales or use tax are not included in our prices and change over time. Since August 29, 2025 the U.S. no longer exempts low-value parcels from duty, so expect duties on every shipment.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. After you approve a quote we send a payment link processed by Stripe or Wise; we never see or store your card details. We don't offer Net terms — production and shipping begin once payment clears in full.

Yes — ask for a pre-production or yardage sample on any style when you request a quote. Cost and timing are confirmed in your quote before you pay anything.

Yes. There's no account application or approval. The same pack quantities and prices apply whether you're a boutique, a team, or a person ordering for an event.
