Free Returns

Our return policy allows you to return your item within 30 days of receiving it, free of charge. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, kindly reach out to us immediately. We'll swiftly address the issue and work towards making it right. To assist us in evaluating the problem, please provide a clear picture of the damage or defect.

Exchanges: To expedite the process of receiving the correct item, we recommend returning the item you have. Prior to initiating a return, kindly contact our customer support team at info@texypride.com to explore return options and receive a return authorization. Once your return is approved, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund. In the case of damaged items or issues like poor print quality, we'll require a clear picture of the defect. If approved, the refund will be processed in the same manner as mentioned above. Please allow sufficient time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
